The construction is based upon the use of vacuum tubes HTC.
Vacuum tube solar collectors series Sunti HTC is the most modern solution in the solar thermal technologies currently available for an individual user who wants to reduce the cost of hot water or heating. Advanced technology Sunti HTC collector puts it at the forefront of commercial use requiring high performance and efficiency of designed system. The construction is based upon the use of vacuum tubes HTC, here there is a single tube of glass (boro silicate), which fills the inside of a vacuum.
The screen wraps absorption directly from the two sides a tube "heat pipe, heat transmitted directly to the guide. Such a solution does not have an insulating air space area from absorption of heat pipes. In addition, absorption is increased, by embossing the surface of the screen.

1. Heat pipe - a conductor made of high quality copper with high heat conductivity parameter.
2. Heating factor - the contents of the tube is the heating agent so that eliminates heat damage to the inner tube. Effectively resolved the problem of internal corrosion.
3. Display absorption - a revolutionary solution for the surface absorption! The screen wraps direct absorption tube "heat pipe". Transmit thermal energy directly to the guide. Such a solution does not have an insulating air space area for absorption of heat pipes (as in the old system) with increased surface by embossing on the screen.
4. Surface absorption - wysoko selektywna (znana również jako Sol Titan lub Tinox). Absorption of radiant heat = 97%
5. Vacuum - a vacuum isolated space absorption 5x10-4 Pa. Guaranteed high-performance work even in winter, during periods of transition and wet areas. Eliminates corrosion phenomenon.
6. Boro silicate glass 3.3 - provides resistance to mechanical damage while maintaining high transparency to thermal radiation.
7. Head collector - a form of aluminum powder coated resistant to extreme weather conditions. A thick layer of dense mineral wool inside the form of guarantees excellent thermal insulation.
8. Response time - the full range of power has already obtained within 2-3 minutes
9. Reliability - guaranteed stable operation and resistance to overheating. Maximum collector temperature 300C.
10. Long period of exploitation - the vacuum tubes inside the manifold protects the device against dirt and weather resistant, efficient use of space throughout the absorber operation.
11. Supporting structure - all the elements of the manifold assembly: base frame, an additional frame, feet, bolts are made from high quality stainless steel.
