The construction is based upon the use of vacuum tubes SPV.

Type of manifold vacuum in the renowned yet made and increasingly promoted technology thermos. The technical solution is based on using as part of the sorbent tubes, where he placed one in the other are separated by a vacuum satisfying the role of the insulator. The inner tube is covered with a layer wysokoselektywną absorption. In the center of the inner tube is placed a tube "heat pipe" which is part of kondensującym heat. Energy from the inner tube is passed to the "heat pipe" using aluminum profiled strips. Heat is accumulated in the head and taken to the solar system.

1. Heat pipe - a conductor made of high quality copper with high heat conductivity parameter.

4. Vacuum - isolated from the absorber surface weather vacuum 5x10-3 Pa concluded between the concentrically arranged vacuum tube. Productive work in transitional periods, autumn-winter. .

5. Boro silicate glass 3.3 - provides resistance to mechanical damage while maintaining high transparency to thermal radiation.

6. Head collector - a form of aluminum powder coated resistant to extreme weather conditions. A thick layer of dense mineral wool inside the form of guarantees excellent thermal insulation.

7. Reliability - guaranteed stable operation and resistance to overheating. Maximum collector temperature 270C.

8. Supporting structure - all the elements of the manifold assembly: base frame, an additional frame, feet, bolts are made from high quality stainless steel.
